Nutrition Fundamentals *
Stop piecing together confusing wellness advice and start building a foundation that fits your real life.
You’re taking care of the kids, answering the group texts, planning meals, keeping track of appointments, and trying to remember what you read about protein, cortisol, gut health, and blood sugar last week.
Nutrition Fundamentals Program is for the mom who’s done trying to assemble a health plan from Instagram, podcasts, and late-night Google rabbit holes—and wants support that makes sense for her and where she’s at in life.
You’ve been trying to figure this out between everything else
You know you want to feel better. You may even know a lot about nutrition already.
But knowing what you “should” do and actually having the time, energy, and headspace to do it are two completely different things.
Because real life doesn’t happen in a perfectly planned week. It happens between school drop-off, work, dinner, laundry, bedtime, and the moment you realize you’ve been running on coffee and your kids’ leftovers.
You’re dealing with a combo of…
•Bloating, gas, constipation, or irregular bowel movements
•Low energy, cravings, or afternoon crashes
•Stress that seems to affect your digestion and eating habits
•Poor sleep or feeling wired and tired
•Skipping meals or eating whatever is left after feeding everyone else
•Too much health information and no clear place to start
•The familiar feeling of starting over every Monday
You don’t need another plan that only works when the house is quiet, your calendar is clear, and everyone is cooperating.
You need a way to understand the basics and make them fit into the life you’re actually living.
This is for you if you…
•Want to take better care of yourself without compromising your family.
•Feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition and wellness advice.
•Have tried diets, detoxes, supplements, or strict routines and you want a more grounded approach.
•Want to understand what your symptoms and habits may be communicating.
•Need support staying connected to your health between one busy week and the next.
•Are ready to stop chasing every new health trend and focus on the foundations.
This isn’t about eating perfectly.
It isn’t a restrictive meal plan, a detox, or another set of rules you’ll feel guilty about breaking.
And it definitely isn’t about adding one more impossible routine to your already-full to-do list.
It’s five weeks of live support, useful conversations, and space to finally look at your own health without having to figure it all out alone.
What we’ll cover over five weeks
*This program is designed to meet you where you are. Because this is the first live cohort of Nutrition Fundamentals, your questions, experiences, and real-life challenges will help shape the conversations. The core topics will remain the same, but the order and emphasis may shift slightly so the program stays relevant and useful for you.
Across the program, we’ll cover:
Digestive Symptoms
We’ll deep dive into common digestive experiences such as bloating, gas, constipation, and irregular bowel movements.
We’ll also discuss coffee on an empty stomach, inflammation in the body, fermented foods, digestive enzymes, digestive bitters, detoxing, supplement basics, and why eating “healthy” doesn’t always mean you feel well.
Overwhelmed Mom Health
We’ll talk about what happens when your own needs keep getting pushed down the list.
Topics include eating kids’ leftovers, skipping meals, health-information overload, mom guilt, burnout, self-neglect, perfectionism, and the cycle of starting over every Monday.
Blood Sugar + Stress
We’ll explore blood sugar management and the connection between stress, digestion, energy, and cravings.
We’ll discuss energy crashes, cortisol, inflammation, nervous-system overload, stress management, poor sleep, feeling wired and tired, breakfast habits, and protein intake.
Missing Fundamentals
We’ll return to the basics that are easy to overlook when you’re searching for a more advanced answer.
Topics include chewing, eating slowly, breakfast, hydration, protein, walking after meals, movement and exercise, sleep hygiene, energy and sleep, morning and night routines, daily movement, food quality, mineral intake, shopping lists, and grocery tips.
Emotional & Energetic Health
We’ll look beyond food and lifestyle to the emotional, energetic, and metaphysical parts of your health.
Topics include emotional health, self-love, boundaries, shadow work, intuition, stress release, stress management, energetic hygiene, energy recovery, joy, passion, reconnecting to yourself, and the energetic and metaphysical connections to your health.

Meet Rebecca
Hi! I’m a certified Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor, Image Consultant, wife, and mama of two.
I help mamas take themselves off the back burner without compromising their families. My approach brings together practical nutrition, self-image practices, and emotional and energetic tools—because your health is about more than what’s on your plate.
I know how easy it is to spend the whole day looking after everyone else and realize you’ve barely checked in with yourself. Nutrition Fundamentals was created to give moms a place to ask questions, make sense of the noise, and put themselves back into the picture.
Outside of work, I’m usually dancing to Millennial music, singing along to musicals, creating recipes in my kitchen, drinking quality coffee, doing yoga, riding bikes, or spending time outside with my family.
